Phil has been with Hopp Neumann Humke since 1993 becoming a partner in 1997. Phil focuses his practice on Business Law, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, and Real Estate.
Phil represents professionals, executives, business owners and families in the development of tax efficient estate plans consistent with client objectives and in the cost effective and comprehensive administration of trusts and estates.

Phil counsels a wide variety of small to medium sized business clients in a multitude of areas, including the formation of corporations and limited liability companies, ongoing organizational and managerial objectives, business purchases and sales, contract review and drafting, and business succession planning.
Phil also provides experienced representation to individuals and businesses in drafting and negotiating real estate transactional documents.
Community and Professional Activities and Associations
Phil is very active in the community serving on many boards, including the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sheboygan County, the Sheboygan Senior Community, Habitat for Humanity, Sheboygan County YMCA, Sheboygan Diamonds Youth Baseball Organization, the Sheboygan Jaycees, Sheboygan Country Club, Inc., and Great Lakes Aerospace Science and Education Center. Phil is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Sheboygan County Bar Association.
