Oliver M. Bauer

Oliver has been with Hopp Neumann Humke, LLP since 2014 and a partner since 2025. He focuses his practice on civil litigation with a particular emphasis on contracts, business, real estate, and personal injury. In addition, Oliver counsels individuals and businesses in employment law matters such as wage claims, discrimination and harassment complaints, and unemployment appeal hearings. Oliver counsels employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws including the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act, Family Medical Leave Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Oliver also prosecutes municipal ordinance violations for the City of Sheboygan Falls, City of Plymouth, Village of Kohler, and other municipal clients. Oliver also serves as Assistant Corporation Counsel for Sheboygan County and represents the Department of Health and Human Services in child welfare matters.
