Kelly Del Ponte

Kelly joined Hopp Neumann Humke in 2020 after spending a year as a general litigator in Manitowoc, Wisconsin following her graduation from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Kelly splits her practice between municipal law and estate planning. Her municipal practice includes handling all aspects of municipal issues on a daily basis for cities, villages, and towns. Her experience ranges from handling land-use and zoning matters to municipal defense litigation.
Areas Of Practice:
In her estate planning practice, Kelly helps her clients navigate major life events. She will spend the time it takes to understand her clients’ needs and challenges and address these in a thorough and detailed manner.
