Carl has had an eclectic legal practice starting out as the district attorney of a small northern Wisconsin county where he prosecuted three homicides in his first year of office. From that early experience, he has built a litigation practice involving subjects as varied as will contests to construction contract disputes. Mike has been with Hopp Neumann Humke LLP since 1985 and a partner since 1989. Mike focuses his practice on business sales, acquisitions, and mergers as well as commercial and residential real estate transactions including sales, leasing and development. Mike has a significant municipal law practice representing counties, cities, villages and towns as general counsel or as special counsel concerning zoning, land use, water and sewer utilities, as well as property tax and assessment matters. Paul works primarily with local municipalities, providing guidance to elected and appointed officials. He also represents individuals and small businesses in real estate, estate planning, probate, general business and collection matters. Crystal has been with Hopp Neumann Humke LLP since 2006 and a partner since 2012. She counsels individuals and businesses in corporate law, employment law, and immigration law matters. Crystal works with clients in buying and selling businesses, drafting corporate documents and contracts, evaluating discrimination claims, counseling employers on compliance with state and federal employment laws including the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family Medical Leave Act, drafting employee handbooks and employment policies, and representing employers in compensation, discrimination and harassments complaints. Oliver M. BauerOliver M. Bauer

Oliver is the newest member of the Hopp Neumann Humke litigation team consisting of Attorneys William Moir, Carl Buesing, and Herb Humke. The team has more than 90 years of litigation experience ranging from significant personal injury claims to complex business and banking cases. Oliver prosecutes municipal ordinance violations for the cities of Sheboygan Falls, Plymouth, the Village of Kohler, and other municipal clients. In addition, Oliver is responsible for certain Sheboygan County ordinance enforcement litigation, including termination of parental rights cases initiated by the Department of Health and Human Services.
